TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Our Services
Celeri Opera provides video editing services only for small businesses. All editing is completed exclusively using CapCut and is intended for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar social media platforms.
Our services may include:
Cutting and trimming footage
Adding captions, text, emojis, and subtitles
Adding music, sound effects, and basic transitions
Formatting videos for social media platforms
2. Monthly Subscription & Pricing
All services are offered on a monthly subscription basis and billed in advance. Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
Monthly Pricing Tiers
8 videos per month (2 per week) – $99.99
16 videos per month (4 per week) – $149.99
24 videos per month (6 per week) – $299.99
40 videos per month (10 per week) – $1,099.99
Additional terms:
Each completed edit counts as one video
Unused videos do not roll over
Exceeding plan limits may require an upgrade or additional fees
Video length depends on customer preference but will be minimum of 10 seconds if not specified.
3. Confidentiality
Celeri Opera keeps all client information and content confidential unless disclosure is required by law or permitted for portfolio use.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide all footage, assets, and instructions needed
Own or have permission to use all submitted content
Ensure content complies with copyright laws and platform policies
Celeri Opera is not responsible for delays caused by missing, late, or incomplete materials.
5. Revisions Policy
Celeri Opera does not offer creative revisions.
Revisions are provided only if a clear mistake was made by us, such as incorrect text, missing clips, or technical errors. Style or preference changes are not considered mistakes.
6. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload and volume. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless agreed to in writing.
7. Ownership & Usage
You retain ownership of your original content
Final edited videos belong to you once payment is complete
Celeri Opera may display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing
8. Payments & Refunds
Payment is required before editing begins
Monthly fees are non-refundable
Verified mistakes will be corrected at no additional cost
9. What We Do Not Do
Celeri Opera does not:
Manage, post, schedule, or run social media accounts
Provide content or marketing strategy
Track analytics or performance
Run ads or paid promotions
Guarantee views, engagement, sales, or results

10. Platform & Third-Party Disclaimer
Celeri Opera is not responsible for platform algorithm changes, content removal, account restrictions, bans, or third-party software outages.
11. Limitation of Liability
Celeri Opera’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Celeri Opera harmless from claims related to copyrighted, illegal, misleading, or non-compliant content you provide.
13. No Guarantees / No Virality
Celeri Opera makes no guarantees that any video will go viral or achieve specific results. Performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, timing, audience behavior, and market conditions.
14. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Services continue through the end of the paid billing month. No refunds are issued for active billing periods.
15. Policy Updates & Modifications
Celeri Opera reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Users will be notified via email when changes are made. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in or near Spring, Texas.
